ROPLATE Sn

Bright acid tin process produces brilliant, dense, highly level tin deposits that can be used in both decorative and engineering applications. ROPLATE Sn is a high-speed process with plating rates of 0.0001" (2.5 microns) in 2 minutes at normal current densities. At higher metal contents in high-speed strip and wire applications, the process has plating rates up to 0.0001" (2.5 microns) in less than 20 seconds. The process is extensively used on electronic components, printed circuits, semi-conductor devices and specialized electronic components. In the decorative field, such items as jewelry, chip baskets, casket hardware, kitchenware, wire goods, and zippers are often plated with ROPLATE Sn.

ROPLATE Sn Matte

The acid tin process produces a uniform, dense, highly level tin that is used for both decorative and engineering uses. ROPLATE Sn Matte is a high-speed process with plating rates of 0.0001" (2.5 microns) in 2 minutes at normal current densities. The process is extensively used on electronic components, printed circuits, semi-conductor devices and specialized electronic components.

ROHCO TIN-SOL 20

Is a high purity stannous sulfate solution that contains 20 oz/gal (150 g/l) of tin metal.

Alstan 60

The Process is an immersion tin-plating process giving improved performance and having "built-in" sludge control. It is especially designed for the tin-plating of aluminum alloy pistons for internal combustion engines.
