INTERLOX CLEANER 576

INTERLOX CLEANER 576 is a non-silicated, alkali-base compound containing a unique combination of surfactants, sequestering agents and additives. It is designed specifically for use on steel where good cleaning and rustproofing are desired for indoor storage. It can be used in spray washers and wet blasting equipment at temperatures ranging from 50-150o F (10-66o C). Advantages of INTERLOX CLEANER 576 include: • Remove smut, iron powder, particle soil and drawing compounds • Good wetting properties promote faster drain off, less drag-out, and long life. • No spotting, streaking or staining, even on highly polished surfaces • Does not interfere with gauging operations. The rustproofing film does not build up when parts are recycled through the machine. The film does not build up on gauges. • Superior rustproofing properties • Good soil suspension with no redeposition of soil on work • Good water softening ability - sequestering, rather than precipitating, hard water minerals - that eliminates scaling of equipment • Will not foam in high-pressure washers

INTERLOX ACID PICKLE 1626

INTERLOX ACID PICKLE 1626 is a combination of liquid mineral acids, pickling agents and special activators for use in a pickling solution for steel surfaces. When used prior to phosphatizing, INTERLOX ACID PICKLE 1626 acts to improve coating uniformity and coating weights. Advantages of INTERLOX ACID PICKLE 1626 include: • Produces a smut free surface on steel. • Promotes coating uniformity and better coating weights. • Functions as a heavy-duty acid pickle and removes some soils from steel surfaces.

INTERLOX CLEANER 528

INTERLOX CLEANER 528 is a highly effective immersion cleaner for steel substrates. It is a blended mixture of detergents, wetting agents, dispersing agents and emulsifiers that combine good cleaning and good rinsing properties. Advantages of INTERLOX CLEANER 528 include: • Good soil retention, without redeposition • Readily soluble in all types of water • Non-dusting

INTERLOX CONDITIONER 1002

INTERLOX CONDITIONER 1002 is a surface conditioning material used in conjunction with INTERLOX zinc phosphates. Upon dispersion, INTERLOX CONDITIONER 1002 creates a colloidal suspension that prepares the metal surface, thereby producing a fine, dense phosphate coating. Typical applications for INTERLOX CONDITIONER 1002 include: • As a pre-dip prior to immersion zinc phosphate • Prior to spray zinc phosphate to produce a fine, uniform zinc phosphate for subsequent painting • On steel and/or galvanized or zinc coated steel

INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 2001

INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 2001 process produces a microcrystalline zinc calcium phosphate coating by immersion over ferrous, zinc and cadmium plated surfaces. The coating serves as an excellent base for pre- paint and rubber and adhesive bonding systems. It also can be used as a break-in agent for wear resistance surfaces, such as gears, pins, rocker arms, and valves. The solution is made up using INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 2001M and replenished, based on titration, with INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 2001R. INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 2001 produces maximum corrosion protection with coating weights ranging from 200- 350 milligrams per square foot.

INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 2325 MCIZ

INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 2325 MCIZ is a highly concentrated, liquid phosphate compound with built-in accelerators that produces a fine grained, microcrystalline zinc phosphate coating for pre-paint systems on steel, zinc plate and cadmium plate. It can also be used as a break-in agent for wear resistant surfaces, such as gears, pins, rocker arms, and valves. INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 2325 MCIZ should only be applied by immersion. Advantages of INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 2325 MCIZ include: • Produces maximum corrosion protection with coating weights ranging from 150-500 mg per square foot • Formulation is especially balanced to provide total accelerator needs, no additional accelerator additions required • Produces a very smooth phosphate coating that requires less paint coverage and enhances paint adhesion • Long life solution, with low sludging and easy control • No danger of hydrogen embrittlement on heat-treated parts

INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 5011

INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 5011 (M&R) are highly concentrated liquid phosphating compounds for use by immersion phosphatizing methods. INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 5011 will produce a microcrystalline zinc calcium phosphate coating. Advantages of INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 5011 include: • Designed to produce a very fine-grained, zinc calcium phosphate coating for pre-paint and rubber and adhesive bonding systems • Will produce a microcrystalline phosphate coating over ferrous surfaces, as well as zinc and cadmium plated surfaces • Used as a break-in agent for wear resistant surfaces, such as gears, pins, rocker arms, valves, etc. • Produces maximum corrosion protection with coating weights ranging from 225-235 milligrams per square foot • Longer solution life, with low sludging and easy control

INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 5020

INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 5020 process produces a microcrystalline zinc phosphate coating by immersion over ferrous, zinc and cadmium surfaces. The coating serves as an excellent base for subsequent rustproofing, adhesive bonding and painting operations. The solution is made up using INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 5020M and replenished based on titration with INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 5020R. INTERLOX PHOSPHATE 5020 produces maximum corrosion protection with a coating weight range from 150- 250 milligrams per square foot of zinc.

INTERLOX PHOSPHATE MP

INTERLOX PHOSPHATE MP produces a crystalline, manganese-iron phosphate coating on steel and iron surfaces; including gears, pistons, cylinders, piston rings and all types of machine parts where wear is a factor to be considered. The INTERLOX PHOSPHATE MP coating absorbs and holds lubricating oils to allow for fast break-in of moving parts and prevents scuffing, galling, seizing or welding of metal components. The coating, when properly sealed and oiled, provides good corrosion protection during subsequent operations and storage. INTERLOX PHOSPHATE MP is generally used on hardened surfaces, low alloy steel and cast irons. The coating weight produced is usually in the range of 3000-4000 mg/sq.ft.

INTERLOX ZINC PHOSPHATE 906 ZIL

INTERLOX ZINC PHOSPHATE 906 ZIL is a heavy liquid zinc phosphate with a built-in accelerator that is specifically designed to produce a zinc phosphate coating on ferrous surfaces. When diluted with water, it produces a macrocrystalline phosphate coating that can be used to absorb organic coatings such as soluble oil rustproofers, water displacing oil coatings and wax coatings for extra corrosion resistance. Advantages of INTERLOX ZINC PHOSPHATE 906 ZIL include: • It produces a continuous crystalline coating with excellent absorbing properties. • It can be operated over a wide temperature range resulting in high efficiency coating at low unit costs. • It has a high iron tolerance that increases the time between dumps and sludge removal. • It produces an excellent surface on cold rolled, hot rolled and zinc coated steels.
