HEEF 25
Is a proprietary high-speed chromic acid plating process that deposits functional (hard) chromium up to four times faster than conventional chromic acid processes and up to three times faster than other high- speed chromic acid baths. This speed comes from an increase in current efficiency from the bath chemistry and a significantly higher limiting current density before burning occurs.
HEEF® FC
Is a proprietary, high-speed chromic acid plating process that deposits functional (hard) chromium up to ten times faster than conventional chromium processes and three times faster than other high-speed baths. This speed comes from an increase in current efficiency as a result of the bath chemistry and a significantly higher limiting current density before burning occurs.
Unichrome SRHS CR-110
The solution for decorative and hard chromic acid plating improves performance at low solution concentrations and has automatic regulation of the catalyst concentration. It is especially designed to operate at a chromic acid concentration of 24-40 oz./gal (180-300 g/l).
Fumetrol® 21
Chromium Mist Suppressant is a stable, highly effective, liquid surfactant for chromic acid plating baths. It provides an excellent balance between a foam film and surface tension reduction to eliminate misting and reduce drag. Fumetrol 21 is a non PFOS* based surfactant.
Fumetrol® 101
Fume And Spray Suppressant is a unique product, which reduces fumes from hard chromic acid plating baths without affecting the catalyst ratios or causing or actuating pitting.
Fumetrol® 21 LF Mist Suppressant
is a stable, highly effective, liquid surfactant for chromic acid plating baths. It provides an excellent balance between a controlled layer of foam and surface tension reduction to eliminate misting and reduce drag out. Fumetrol 21 LF is a non-PFOS* based surfactant and it does not contain perfluorinated compounds. • Fumetrol 21 LF is suitable for use in both Decorative and Functional (Hard) chromium applications. • Fumetrol 21 LF lowers the surface tension to 25 - 35 Dynes/cm , substantially cutting drag-out losses, as well as reducing the size of escaping bubbles.
HCR 840
The plating process was specially formulated for functional hard chromic acid plating. It utilizes an easily controllable, soluble, mixed catalyst system.
